Equipment Returns

Return Period

Equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Equipment must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included
  • Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured equipment
  • Consumable supplies and accessories
  • Equipment that has been used or damaged
  • Items returned after 30-day period

Refund Process

Return Authorization

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Package equipment securely with RMA number
  5. Ship to our designated return facility

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to original payment method
  • Processing may take 3-5 business days to appear on statement
  • Customer will receive email confirmation of refund

Warranty Claims

Equipment covered under our 1-year machine warranty may be eligible for:

  • Repair or replacement of machine components at no charge
  • Handle warranty is separate and not included in standard warranty
  • Stabilizer must be used to maintain warranty validity
  • On-site service (where applicable)
  • Full refund if repair is not possible within warranty period

Service Refunds

Training Services

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled training
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 24-48 hours
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
  • Rescheduling available with 24-hour notice

Consultation Services

  • Full refund if not satisfied with consultation quality
  • Refund must be requested within 7 days
  • Detailed feedback required for refund processing

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:

  • 15% fee for returns due to customer error or change of mind
  • 25% fee for opened or incomplete returns
  • No restocking fee for defective or damaged items
  • No restocking fee for warranty-related returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • Provide photos of damage or defect
  • We will arrange pickup at no cost to you
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
  • Expedited shipping for replacement items

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Extended return period of 45 days
  • Refunds processed in original currency
  • Local service partners may handle returns
